FEASIBILITY STUDY

Feasibility study, also called the realization study is a document, which evaluates and analyses the potential of the proposed project, which is based on extensive investigations and research to support the decision-making. A feasibility study is developed mainly for major projects and as an attachment to the application for the absorption of EU funds.

The feasibility study aims to objectively and rationally uncover the strengths and weaknesses of an existing business or proposed venture, the existing opportunities and threats as from the economic environment also from the environmental protection. It also serves to establish the necessary resources to carry out the project and its prospects for success.

The feasibility study provides an objective and credible view of the entire side of the company, its business plan in order to achieve an unbiased assessment and provide information to the other party.

Use of the feasibility study:

  • fuller analysis of the reality or improbability of the implementation of the plan of the business entity subject to the conditions laid down, reflecting the market and its impact.
  • Investor (The author of the plan for processing) gets a detailed and accurate view of the amount of investment that will be needed to implement the project, operating expenses, earnings, return and business efficiency from the businesses intended purpose.
  • The document can be used as a basis to obtain credit, loans or support from various support funds, respectively silent partners.
  • It is a control and management tool for the business, whether the objectives in the business plan are met and allows the analysis of the reasons for possible deviation.
