In preparation of a planned investment plan it is necessary, for the investor to firstly prepare a Business Plan or Feasibility Study, which will determine whether the project under the set conditions on the market is viable and profitable. These documents are drawn up depending on the type of project and purpose of material application. These documents may then be used to obtain funds for the project:

• private institutions,
• investors and silent partners,
• EU funds.

In addition to these documents we also prepare shortened materials Teaser and the Executive Summary, offering a brief summary of the project and description of the company, which will carry out the project. Their use is mainly for a quick presentation of the upcoming project for potential investors.
